An entrepreneur has identified an attractive investment opportunity, but the time available to capture that opportunity is very short. The entrepreneur does not want to risk losing the opportunity while waiting for the bank to approve the loan.
Because Albion Investment and Loan originates, processes, underwrites, funds, and services ALL of our loans in-house, funds can be made available to the entrepreneur quickly and with a minimum of application burden and paperwork. With timely funding, the entrepreneur can capture the opportunity, continue focusing on business, and still be able to obtain longer-term funding with a traditional lender when the time is right.
A business owner has been trying to get a loan approved with a traditional lender for months. The loan application and approval process has taken months longer than expected, and the lender seems to keep requesting new documentation and issuing new loan requirements each step of the way. Because Albion Investment and Loan focuses primarily on real estate collateral when making loans, “non-traditional” or negative aspects of a borrower’s financial profile will not necessarily result in a loan application denial.
